Player Safety

StrangerDare.com is meant to be a game played for fun with friends in an environment of strangers. If at any time you feel that a dare has the potential to cause harm to you or anyone else, you agree to STOP PLAYING THE GAME IMMEDIATELY.

Waiver of Liability
I acknowledge that there may be the potential for certain risks of physical injury and damage to personal property as I participate in the SD game and I agree to waive any liability that may arise associated with participating in the game on the SD website.

Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury and damage to personal property as I participate in the game on the SD website, and hereby assume the full risk of any injuries and expenses, which I, or my property, may sustain while participating in any activities associated with the SD website.

Indemnity Agreement
